Service Description
This free call is your chance to learn exactly how IntellectConnect Tutoring can support you or your student. During our short 30 min call we will: - Get a quick overview of your goals and challenges - Explain how our tutoring model works - Share which services or packages best fit your needs - Answer any general questions about subjects, scheduling, pricing or expectations By the end of your Discovery Call, you will have a clear understanding of how we can help and what the next steps towards success look like.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our tutoring services. We ask that you please review our booking and cancellation policies. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will not incur any cancellation fees. However, if a session is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a 100% cancellation fee will apply. Clients may reschedule sessions at no additional cost as long as the rescheduling is done at least 12 hours before the scheduled session. The latest time a session can be booked is 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time. All sessions are 60 minutes in length. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies, and please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
