The Team
Dominique Richards
Founder & CEO
My passion for tutoring is rooted in my experience overcoming significant challenges as a STEM student. Balancing personal issues, such as a newborn and a heart condition, with academic demands taught me how to adapt and study effectively. This journey inspired me to help others navigate complex subjects and improve their understanding. I am committed to not only enhancing students' academic skills but also supporting their emotional well-being, recognizing the importance of mental health in rigorous fields.

Christian Leonard
Math Tutor
I was born in Spokane, Washington and attended North Central High School. After graduating with Summa Cum Laude honors, I continued my studies in Seattle at the University of Washington. I am studying Mechanical Engineering, and strongly interested in alternative energy systems and applied math. My tutoring values are closely aligned with those of IntellectConnect LLC. I believe that tutoring should be accessible to people of all backgrounds and those tutoring should be passionate and caring. My love for tutoring started in high school when I had the opportunity to help those struggling in my classes, and I haven’t stopped since. In my free time, I love listening to music, snowboarding, and watching football with my friends and family.
