Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our tutoring services. We ask that you please review our booking and cancellation policies. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will not incur any cancellation fees. However, if a session is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a 100% cancellation fee will apply. Clients may reschedule sessions at no additional cost as long as the rescheduling is done at least 12 hours before the scheduled session. The latest time a session can be booked is 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time. All sessions are 60 minutes in length.
