Service Description
Is you child struggling with tricky assignments? Our live 1-on-1 homework support is designed to mitigate the stress on parents and offer students immediate assistance with homework to take the stress away from the student and families alike.
Cancellation Policy
Our homework support sessions have a set duration, which is listed in the service description. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will be charged in full, while cancellations more than 24 hours in advance will incur no charge. You can reschedule up to 1 hour before the session, but no later than 2 hours before the scheduled time. Refunds may be issued if the tutor is unable to provide help, and a "no show" will result in a full charge for the session. All sessions are virtual and may be recorded upon request, with prior notice to the tutor. Please note that the company does not guarantee results and a refund may be issued if the tutor is unable to assist the client. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.
